1. Service Overview
1.1. Bryan de Justin Coaching provides handwriting analysis services, including but not limited to personality profiling, career guidance, relationship compatibility analysis, self-improvement plans, and signature analysis.
1.2. The service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, clinical, psychological, or professional advice.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include via website or third-party platforms (i.e. Venmo, Zelle, etc.)
2.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but clients will be charged the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Delivery of Services
3.1. Reports will be delivered within 1 - 3 after receiving the handwriting sample and necessary information -- Unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Delivery is provided via email.
3.3. If expedited services are requested, additional fees may apply.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and legible handwriting samples.
4.2. Failure to provide the requested information or samples in a timely manner may result in delays, impediments, or an inability to deliver the service.
4.3. Clients must ensure their email address and other contact information are accurate and current.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Due to the personalized nature of the service, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
5.2. Exceptions may be made in cases where Bryan de Justin Coaching is unable to deliver the service as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Bryan de Justin Coaching is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the information provided in the analysis.
6.2. The service is intended to offer guidance and insights; it is the client's responsibility to use this information responsibly.
6.3. In no event shall Bryan de Justin Coaching be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this service.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
7.1. All handwriting samples and personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. Handwriting samples may be used for educational or marketing purposes. Anonymity will always be preserved.
7.2. Bryan de Justin Coaching complies with applicable data protection regulations but is not responsible for data breaching, hacks, or leaks.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All materials, reports, and insights provided by Bryan de Justin Coaching remain the intellectual property of Bryan de Justin Coaching.
8.2. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the analysis for personal use only.
8.3. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the analysis or associated materials is strictly prohibited. Bryan de Justin Coaching may, however, use your report for educational or marketing purposes. Your identity and confidentiality will be respected.
9. Expert Access
9.1. Follow-up support (if applicable) is provided at the discretion of Bryan de Justin.
9.2. Follow-up inquiries must be related to the original analysis and submitted within 30 days after receiving the report. Bryan de Justin Coaching strives for client satisfaction.
9.3 By Signing Up, You Agree to recieve Marketing and/or SMS notifications (when applicable).
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County, CA.
11. Amendments
11.1. Bryan de Justin Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
11.3 You agree to be fully responsible for incorrect or correct email registered. After purchase, please check email for further directions. Bryan de Justin Coaching LLC and associates are not responsible for lost email. If you do need help, however, Bryan de Justin Coaching LLC and associates are available to help you.
